Although we let the property out for you, we know that you still have health and safety compliance obligations to fulfil, therefore to compensate for that we are in charge of the maintenance service of the property – free of charge – throughout the duration of your contract with us.

We currently take an inventory of the property before it is let out Having an inventory (sometimes also called a statement of condition) is always essential if the property is let furnished, and a very good idea even if it is unfurnished. A current and accurate inventory will help to protect both Landlords and Tenants and can provide evidence to prove the condition of the property at the time it was let.

As we are not managing the property, it will be your responsibility to notify the relevant utility companies (electricity, gas, water and the local authority) when your new tenants move in. If you fail to do so liability for utilities may remain in your name.
